From Karpenissi to Aghia Triada:
Note that you have to check the part of the road that goes from Karpenissi
through the Ski Centre to Aghia Triada in winter in case the access has become
difficult due to great amounts of snow.
From Athens or Thessaloniki through Lamia and:
Lianokladi, Makrakomi, Vitoli, Neohoraki, Aghios
Gheorghios, Timfristos, Raches and turn right to Aghia Triada. Another
alternative route would be to turn right just after Aghios Gheorghios and follow
the “Aghia Triada” signs.
From Agrenion to Karpenissi:
You can choose one of these two routes:
1.Agrenion, Potamoola, Aghios Vlassios, Karamanayka, Gefira Episkopis, Anatoliki
Fraggista, Ditiki Fraggista, Kalesmeno, Karpenissi.
2. Agrenion, Kaenourghio, Paravola, Pantanassa, Proussos, Gavros, Karpenissi.
From Agrenion to Aghia Triada (without passing through Karpenissi):
Agrenion, Kastraki, Babalio, Ghiannopouli, Malessiada, Petrona, Alevrada, Gefira
Tatarnis, Krenti, Kerassochori, Viniane, Dafni, Domiani, Aghia Paraskevi, Aghia
Triada.
This particular route is of extraordinary beauty due to the steep slopes and
canyons. Note that in the wintertime you’ll have to check if this route is open.
From
Nafpaktos:
1. Amfissa, Bralos, Lamia.
2. Nafpaktos, Kato Dafni, Achladokastro, Paliopirgos, Platanos, Hani Lioliou,
Arachova, Domnista, Krikello, Kokkalia, Rachi Timfristou, Karpenissi.
